以GIS探讨都市绿地环境资源之发展变迁——以台湾桃园县桃园、八德、龟山三乡镇为例

摘    要:土地使用变迁直接冲击生态系统、当地气候变化以及经济生产环境,也对于都市发展型态产生重大的影响。为了解都市发展过程中绿地变迁之空间分布情形,此分析都市绿地空间结构变迁;本研究依循都市发展之脉络,以GIS方法建立不同时期土地使用数据库,针对土地利用情况产生绿地空间变迁的结构、型态的改变。以台湾桃园县桃园、八德、龟山等3乡镇为范围,以台湾堡图、航照图、经建图、都市计划图作分析,而空间变迁层面,解释各时期都市绿地空间变迁过程。研究成果显示,于1900年~1995年间,土地使用面积改变顺序是:林地转成农业用地、茶田用地转成农业用地,而农业用地转成建筑用地或其它使用地。就3个乡镇市各不同的土地使用类型之特性,龟山乡是以林业用地为主变迁过程以转变成农业用地最多,而桃园市和八德市主要是农业用地变迁为建筑用地。了解土地使用演变过程对于都市绿地网络之影响,期能促使都市绿地空间更趋完整。

Abstract:During the urban development process, city has been changed by space and time and the changes break the urban ecosystem. This study inferred to the map information from 1904, 1982, and 1995 and took the Taoyuan, Pader and Gwei-shan Cities for study to analyze the open space changes. This study made use of the change of land-use types, and each time of the land-use database by GIS to illustrate each open space change. The results show that during 1904 to 1982, the biggest area changes were the 18% reduction of the tea land and the 15% increment of the building land. During 1982 to 1995, the biggest area changes were the 8% reduction of the agricultural land and the 13% increment of the building land. Building land developed from the city core to outskirt, but the open space was opposite. In a word, the land-use type changes are closely related. For instance, when the building land increases continuously, it affects the development of the open space, and follows the certain model by the intermediary land-use type changing.
