摘    要:针对2005-2011年郑州市各市县的用水现状数据,首次将洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数应用到用水结构分析中,对现状年下郑州市各类型用水的空间分布情况及近年来的变化特点做了定量分析和探讨,为区域用水结构分析提出一种新的技术方法。结果表明:从空间尺度上看,郑州市生活用水最为均衡,各地区相差最小;工业用水相对均衡,农业用水较不均衡,生态用水极度不均衡。从时间尺度上看,生活用水和工业用水的不均衡度有所降低,但变幅不大;农业用水的区域分布更加集中,生态用水的均衡度有明显的提高,但还远远不够。整体来看,郑州市用水结构空间分布总体呈良性发展态势,但仍存在诸多问题,用水结构仍需进一步优化。分析结果与郑州市用水结构实际情况基本相符,可以为区域水资源利用与产业结构间优化协调提供参考。

Abstract:The Lorenz curve and Gini coefficients are important indices for measuring inequality in economic theory. Analyzing the spatial distribution and change characteristics of water use structure is helpful in solving contradictions within water resource utilization. Here, based on water use data for each county in Zhengzhou, Henan in 2005-2011, Lorenz curves and Gini coefficients were applied to water consumption structural analysis. The spatial distribution and change characteristics of each type of water consumption were quantitatively analyzed and discussed, and a new technical method is proposed for the analysis of regional water consumption structure. We found that the most balanced water consumption was domestic water use, followed by industrial water consumption. Agricultural water consumption was unbalanced, however, the degree of unbalance for ecological water consumption was the most serious. The degree of unbalance for domestic and industrial water consumption has declined, while that of agricultural water consumption increased. The unbalanced degree of ecological water consumption is lower. As a whole, the spatial distribution of water consumption structure has improved somewhat, but many problems remain and water use structure needs to be further optimized. These results are in line with the actual situation in Zhengzhou and can form a reference for the coordinated development of water resource utilization and industrial structure. The methods outlined here will aid the optimized allocation of regional water resources, realize the economic and intensive utilization of water resources and achieve the maximum benefit from water.
