摘    要:建设用地结构变化分析是实现区域用地结构优化的关键,对于解决区域快速城镇化发展中面临的一系列问题具有现实意义。本文借助信息熵模型和偏移-份额模型,分析了1996-2010年成都市建设用地结构时序变化特征及空间配置差异,研究表明:①成都市建设用地结构信息熵与均衡度经历了上升-波动-下降-平稳的过程,而优势度变化与之相反;②城镇建设用地和交通运输用地属于增长性结构,其中城镇建设用地表现出显著补给效应;农村居民点用地、采矿用地、水利设施用地和其他建设用地属于衰减性结构,其中农村居民点用地和采矿用地表现出显著挤出效应;③成都市下辖的4市、10区和6县对不同类型建设用地竞争力存在显著的空间差异;4建设用地结构时序变化与空间配置差异是各区域社会经济要素、区位因素、资源禀赋、区域政策、土地集约节约利用程度等综合作用的结果。

Abstract:Analysis of changes in construction land is the key to optimizing regional land-use structure. This approach also contributes to solving many realistic problems resulting from the rapid urbanization of some regions,which is of great significance to land-use planning and land consolidation. In this paper,an information entropy model and shift-share model are used to analyze temporal variation characteristics and space configuration differences for construction land across Chengdu from 1996 to 2010. We found a process of increase-fluctuation-decrease-smooth for the information entropy and equilibrium degree of construction land. However,changes in the dominance index showed an opposite trend. Both urban construction land and transportation land belong to a structure of growth form. Urban construction showed a significant supply effect. Rural land for residential areas,mining land,land for water facilities,and other construction land all had a structure of damping form. Rural land for residential areas and mining land showed a significant crowding-out effect. There are significant differences in the competitiveness of different types of construction land in different areas. Temporal changes and spatial configuration differences are the combined results of the interaction of the regional social economy,geographical location,resources endowment,regional policy implementation and the intensity of land utilization and preservation.
