摘    要:土地利用,覆被变化对陆地生态系统碳汇有着直接的影响,土地利用结构调整是碳减排的最有效措施之一。本文基于耗能总量、土地利用现状数据和通过样点实验法所获取的相关系数,估算了曲周县碳源和碳汇量,并对区域碳平衡进行了定量分析。运用GIS叠加分析法对现状地类的碳汇适宜性进行了评价,将现状地类的碳汇适宜性分成单宜性、双宜性、多宜性和不宜四种。进而以碳平衡为目标,并考虑到社会经济和生态环境因素,进行土地利用结构调整。结果表明:2009年曲周县生态系统处于碳失衡;耕地、建设用地和其他土地是主要的调整地类,园地和林地是主要的调整方向;通过土地利用结构调整,可以使生态系统基本达到碳平衡。研究结果对于其他类似地区制定碳减排措施具有参考价值。

Abstract:Controlling carbon (C) emissions is an effective measure to decelerate greenhouse effect. There are two major options to decelerate C emissions: controlling C sources and enhancing C sinks. Land use/cover changes have a direct effect on the C sinks in terrestrial ecosystems. China has become one of the leading C emitters in the world. Reducing C emissions is therefore important to China. Counties are a direct and effective institution to carry out the policies of C emissions reduction. In this study, Quzhou County, a typical agricultural region located in the Huang huaihai Plain, was examined. The agricultural production and management were still regarded as a principle industry in the area. Meanwhile, the secondary industry and tertiary occupations have been developing rapidly in recent years. In this paper, the sample testing method, quantitative analysis method, and overlay analysis method were jointly adopted. Results show that crops and cropland were the largest C pools; forests and forestland sink were of the strongest ability of C sink in Quzhou County. The calculated amount of C source was larger than that of C sink in Quzhou County in 2009. Therefore, the C balance of terrestrial ecosystems was broken in Quzhou County. The government and society should take some measures to keep terrestrial ecosystems in C balance. The current land type adaptability of C sink, which offered a core component for land use adjustment, was evaluated by the overlay analysis method. The adaptability included odd orientation, double orientation, multiple orientation, and inaptitude types. The adaptable degree was divided into optimum, medium, and critical types. Results show that cropland, construction land, and other land were mainly adjusted; garden land and forestland were adjusted orientation. Factors of society, economy, ecology, and environment were considered in land use adjustment. Cropland area and construction land area were restricted in order to guarantee food supply and economic development. The terrestrial ecosystems can almost be in C balance in Quzhou County by adjustment of land use structure. Although land use adjustment can cause terrestrial ecosystems to be C balance, optimizing industrial and energy utilization structures was the most effective approach. Meanwhile, public awareness should be enhanced to cope with climate change effectively. This paper provides a scientific base for investigating C emissions reduction for similar areas in China.
