首都圈上风向农牧交错带的土地利用评价

摘    要:从上个世纪90年代以来华北和北京地区频繁爆发了沙尘天气,成为该地区严重的自然灾害。因此预防和减轻沙尘天气的危害,是近期包括北京在内的几个重要地区生态建设上的重要目标。根据相关研究,受土地利用变化等过度人类活动造成的地表物质结构变化对沙尘灾害具有更强烈的影响。本文以横跨河北和内蒙古的地区为例,分析了北京上风向农牧交错区因风蚀带来的土地退化。在地理信息系统的支持下,主要采用地形、植被、风速和风向,土壤类型、土地利用类型、沙地分布、水源和村庄等因素评价了该地区的土地可持续利用。根据退化程度,当前土地利用分为农用地、保护用地、退化地和严重退化地四种类型,用层次分析方法对每种类型各因子进行生态安全评价。在此基础上,得到了土地退化程度的评价图,结果表明多伦大部分地区和丰宁坝上土地的可持续利用程度较低,其分布与半固定沙丘、退化草地和坡耕地相一致,丰宁北部河谷地区中也较低,是防治的重点区域。本文研究对土地利用规划和景观建设具有实际意义。

Abstract:Dust storm occurs frequently in Beijing and northern China in recent years especially after 1990, and it has become the most severe natural disaster In late ten years. Therefore, it is very important to prevent the dust storm disasters in several urgent regions such as the windward regions of Beijing, and such task becomes the main aim of ecological construction. According to corresponding researches, the changes of ground quality contributed more to these disasters due to land use changes and over due anthropogenic activities in the processing of dust storm forming. This paper aims at the land degradation suffered wind erosion in the windward regions of Beijing including the mountains of northern Hebei Province, Inner Mongolia Plateau between Hebei Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. A GIS-aid to the land use suitability evaluation for land use planning incorporates topography, vegetation cover, wind velocity and its direction, soil types, land use types, and the distance to sandy land, water source and villages. According to the degradation state, present land use is categorized Into available land, protected land, degraded land and heavily degraded land. Mul ti criteria analysis is performed to evaluate landscape rehabilitation for eachcategory, according to appropriately measured and weighted factors. A degradation map is developed using an algorithm that combines factors in weighed linear combinations. The result shows that the wide part in Duolun County, Inner Mongolia and the area on Inner Mongolia Plateau of Fengning County, Hebei Province have a low value of land use suitability, and these areas are located very close or are corresponded with the distribution of half stable sandy dune, degraded grassland and tillage land on hill slope, also the sandy land in the northern valley of Fengning County has a low suitability value. So, these areas are the pivotal land plots to be managed. The study is very helpful to land use planning and la ndscape rehabilitation in such regions.
