| 摘 要： | 沪、苏、浙、皖三省一市,处于长江下游平原水网地区。并有丘陵、低山分布,属暖温带和北、中亚热带气候区,濒临黄海、东海,每年为国家提供大量农产品。要利用上海浦东开发、沿海、沿江城市开放的有利条件,通过改造中低产田,利用零星荒地,开发滩涂、水面,以高产、优质、高效农业为目标,加速发展优质稻、小麦、蚕丝、棉花、瘦肉型猪、水禽、海水鱼、对虾、茶叶、特种水果等农产品,满足国内人民需要,并增加外汇收入。

| Abstract: | The research area including Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui Province and Sha-nghai City is located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with river network, plain and low mountains and hills as its major geomorphological features. The area belongs to warm-temperate and northern sub-tropical climate zones and is near to Yellow Sea and East China Sea. Every year, a great deal of commercial agricul-tural products are produced here. The paper indicates that the opportunity offered by the development of Shanghai's Pudong area and the opening out of coastal ci-ties and cities along the Yangtze River should be made full use, so as to develop the local economy.Some major options include, transforming low productive farmland, exploiting virgin land which is suitable for farming, developing the unoccupied littoral resources and water area etc.,speeding up the development of such impor-tant agricultural products as high quality rice, wheat, silk, high quality cotton, lean meat pig, water poultry, high quality marine fish, prawn, tea, special local fruits, etc.. |
