| 摘 要： | 文章从我国西部地区农业生产特点出发，分析讨论了该区农业气候资源对作物的影响系数和气候生产力，探讨了限制农业气候资源高效利用的主要因子是农业气象灾害频繁和农业结构不尽合理。提出了提高该区农业气候资源利用率的主要途径和对策措施是要加强农业气象灾害的预测、监测和防御，并进行合理的农业结构调整，实现宜农则农、宜林则林、宜牧则牧、宜荒则荒的战略转变，可谓西部地区农业开发提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | It has been the common sense that much attention should be devoted to make full use of agricultural resources advantages in the development of west of China. Based on the characteristic of agricultural production in western region of China, impact coefficient and climatic potentialities of agro-climatic resources on crops are analyzed and discussed. The results indicate main factors impacting on efficient utilization of agro-climatic resources are frequency of agro-meteorological disasters and unreasonable agricultural structure. Therefore, main ways and countermeasures of increasing utilization rate of agro-climatic resources are enhancing agro-meteorological disaster forecasting, monitoring and defending. Furthermore, much effort should be paid to agricultural structure adjustment, the core of which is to adopt the principle of suiting measures according to local conditions. |
