摘    要:生态安全是建立和谐社会的一个重要组成部分,即实现社会经济发展与自然环境的和谐,它是指一个区域的可持续发展不因生存空间和生态环境遭受破坏而受到威胁的状态。在生态服务价值研究的基础上,本文根据陕北黄土高原的特点,通过对人口压力和生态服务价值做回归分析,再计算生态服务价值随人口压力增长的拐点,得到生态安全的闫值,判定生态不安全区,进一步通过马氏距离法,做相似性判定,而得到整个陕北黄土高原每一个自然生态单元的生态安全状态。其结果表明:2000年陕北黄土高原生态安全状况不客乐观,生态不安全指数水平为0.68,该区整体上处于生态欠安全水平,故需要加强对生态环境的保护和恢复。从空间分布来看,陕北黄土高原的安全生态状况存在着南北高、中部低的趋势。在各个县中,生态不安全等级最低的是黄龙县,生态安全状况较好;而延川属于整个研究区中最不安全地区,生态环境严重恶化。通过对研究区三类不同地貌类型区进行生态安全评价,其结果为:南部低山丘陵区〉北部风沙过渡区〉中部黄土丘陵区。

Abstract:Ecological security research assesses the level of damage and threats to the ecological environment. The most important factors influencing ecological security at a regional level are land use and land cover changes, with land cover changes for the maintenance of ecosystem services often playing a decisive role. Estimation of the value of ecosystem services is one focus of current research, including the methods and principles for quantifying ecological security. This study uses RS and GIS tools to estimate the ecological security of the loess plateau region in northern Shaanxi province. Due to environmental protection measures such as the treatment of soil erosion problems in recent decades, the ecological situation in this region has improved, but the index level of ecological insecurity is still relatively high and suggests the necessity of additional ecological rehabilitation. In terms of spatial distribution, ecological conditions in the north and south were relatively good, but lower in the central region. Huanglong town had the best index for ecological security, and Yanchuan town was the worst area, experiencing serious environmental deterioration and disruption of local livelihoods. Overall, ecological conditions were best in the southern mountains and worst in the central loess hills.
