| Abstract: | This paper is the summary ofinteUectual property of scientific dissertation database in academic library which based on results of the research on intellectual property of digital library and scientific dissertation database. We discuss the problems about ownership of scientific dissertation copyright, right to publish work, right of reproduction and right of information network dissemination. |
