| 摘 要： | 强化科技创新,推进素质教育,提高素质教育的效果,是当前素质教育研究的一项重要内容.培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,特别是科技创新能力成为推进素质教育的重中之重.文章从科技创新教育的地位和作用入手,分析实施科技创新教育的基本原则,提出了科技创新教育的保障机制.

| Abstract: | Strengthening the scientific and technological innovation,promoting quality education,improving the effect of quality-oriented education are an important part of the current quality-oriented education research.Cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practice ability,especially the creative ability of science and technology is the most important to promote the quality education.From the position and role of science and technology innovation education,the basic principles for the implementation of scientific and technological innovation education were analyzed,the protection mechanism of technological innovation education was put forward. |
