| 摘 要： | 中国对于循环经济有着悠久的历史，当今社会物质、能源资源有限，通过循环的机理使物质资源得到充分的利用，也使能源危机得以缓解，使环境污染得以改善。我国人口众多、资源浪费严重，废物回收对于当今社会尤为重要，建立一个由政府主导、全民参与的废物回收循环经济将使我国的能源短缺得到很大的缓解。

| Abstract: | China for recycling economy has a long history of substance in today＇s society, limited energy resources, the mechanism of circulation by making full use of material resources, but also to ease the energy crisis to make the environment pollution can be improved. China＇s large population, serious waste of resources, waste recycling is particularly important for today＇s society, led by the government to establish a waste recycled and all the people involved will make our economy energy shortage has been greatly eased. |
