| 摘 要： | 为了更好地使中西结合诊断循环系统疾病为现代临床医学服务,了解中医辨证分型和胸痹心痛心电图变化的关系,对临床200例胸痹心痛患者进行心电图ST-T变化以及中医辨证分型,探讨中医证型变化与心电图ST-T改变的内在关联。方法:选取2012年1月5日～2013年1月5日期间,胸痹心痛患者200人进行心电图和中医四诊检查。结果:正常心电图组(7.5%,15/200),心电图改变的心电图共有185份其中包括:ST段改变组(29.1%/54/185)、T波改变组(40%,74/185)、ST-T改变组(30.8%,57/185)。ST段改变组包括阳气虚衰证(44.4%,24/54),气虚血瘀证(25.9%,14/54),气阴两虚证(14.8%,8/54),心肾阴虚证(14.8%,8/54)。 |

| Abstract: | in order to make the combination of Chinese and western diagnosis of circulatory system diseases for modern clinical medical service and understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and obstruction of heartache ecg changes,the relationship between the clinical 200 cases of patients with obstruction of heartache of ecg ST-T change,and of traditional Chinese medicine,and TCM syndrome type change the internal connection of ecg ST-T changed.Selection methods： on January 5,2012-January 5,2013,200 patients with obstruction of heartache to electrocardiogram（ecg） and TCM four diagnostic tests.Results： normal ecg group（7.5%,15/200）,electrocardiogram（ecg） changes of electrocardiogram（ecg） a total of 185 including： ST segment change group（29.1% / 54/185）,and T wave change group（40%,74/185）,ST-T change group（30.8%,57/185）.ST segment changes include sun be the spirit virtual failure syndrome（44.4%,24/54）,qi deficiency blood stasis（25.9%,14/54）,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome（14.8%,8/54）,heart,kidney Yin deficiency syndrome（14.8%,8/54）. |
