| 摘 要： | 在网络时代下，学术期刊编辑的能力是期刊质量的一个重要因素。结合在实际工作中的实践，文章对编辑的能力提升问题，从网络应用能力、信息捕集能力和多学科知识的理解能力等三方面进行分析探讨，同时围绕编辑能力提升提出了一些建议及实践做法。文章认为开放的心态、开阔的视野和科学的理念，是编辑接受期刊网络编辑方式数字化潮流的关键点。

Ability improvement of academic journal editors in network age |

| Abstract: | In the internet age, the ability of academic journal editors is an important factor in the quality of Journals. Combined with the practice in actual work, the ability lifting problem of edit is discussed from the network application ability, information capture ability, understanding ability of multi-disciplinary knowledge etc. At the same time, some suggestions and practices on the editing ability are put forward. Article believes that an open mind, open field of vision and scientific concept are the key point for editor accepting periodical network digital trend. |
