| 摘 要： | EPC(设计-采购-施工)合同模式是近年来国内逐渐推行的建设管理模式,该模式下经济风险一般都要求由总承包企业承担,其对风险防范能力的强弱成为项目赢利多少的关键。文章简要介绍EPC项目的风险因素以及可能产生的风险损失,并提出工程总承包项目风险防范的相关措施。

| Abstract: | EPC(Design-Procurement-Construction) contract model is the promoting gradually construction management mode at domestic in recent years.General contract enterprises should take all responsibilities under the construction management mode,and the ability of risk prevention is the key to profitability of the project.This paper briefly introduces that the risk factors of EPC project and possible risk losses,and put forward the measures of risk prevention of general contracted project. |
