摘    要:针对配网孤岛划分可能产生电能质量较差的最优解这一情况,提出了一套产生妥协解的孤岛划分方案。该方案利用遗传算法在第一阶段通过优先级优化生成备选种群,第二阶段在有限级上做出妥协,从备选种群中筛选出具有较高电能质量的妥协解。在IEEE 33节点配电系统上的仿真结果显示,最优妥协解的优先级损失5%,而电能质量提高了45%。仿真结果说明文章提出的孤岛划分策略能够在保证一定的优先级的前提下显著提高孤岛的电能质量。

Islanding partition of distribution system with distributed generations based on genetic algorithm
Abstract:This paper proposed a compromised scheme to deal with the situation that there may be optimal solutions with low power quality in the islanding partition of distribution system with distribution generations. This scheme employs the Genetic Algorithm to generate the alternative population which is obtained by the priority optimization and the priority is compromised to select the individuals with good power quality. The simulation implemented on IEEE 33-Node Distribution System demonstrates that the power quality is improved by 45% with only 5% reduction of the priority. The case study shows that the islanding partition scheme this paper proposed can improve the power quality with the guarantee of the priority.
