摘 要: | 本文以绿茶为原料,水作为浸提溶剂,通过正交试验分析,得到绿茶中茶多酚的最佳提取工艺条件:水用量(固液比)1:20、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间40min、乙酸乙酯用量90ml,在此条件下茶多酚粗品提取率为12.9%。

Abstract: | With the green tea as the raw material and the water as the dipping solvent,and using the orthogonal test analysis,the auther finds out the optimum technological conditions.that is solvent dosage of 1:20,dipping temperature of 80℃,dipping time of 40min,ethyl acetate dosage of 90ml.And the yield of tea polyphenols crude products is 12.9%. |
