| 摘 要： | H 型高血压是心、脑血管疾病的一个重要危险因素，中医治疗效果显著。文章从中医角度探讨 H 型高血压的病因病机及治疗，认为先天禀赋不足、后天精微物质缺乏是H型高血压的主要病因，痰浊、瘀血是H型高血压的主要病理产物，治疗上当遵循辨证论治，以化痰、活血为主。

| Abstract: | H-type Hypertension is an important risk factor for heart, cerebrovascular disease;Chinese Medicine Treatment effect is remarkable. This article discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of H-type Hypertension from the Chinese perspective, that the lack of innate endowment, acquired subtle material deficiency is the main cause of H -type Hypertension, turbid phlegm, blood stasis is the major pathological product of H-type Hypertension, treatment should be to follow the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, with phlegm, activating blood based. |
