| 摘 要： | 在介绍TRIZ理论及其应用的基础上，分析了基于TRIZ理论面向企业技术创新平台的内涵和建设目标与原则，探讨了基于TRIZ理论面向企业技术创新平台的基本结构和各子平台的功能，以期为产学研合作创新平台的建构提供具体的思路，加强学校与企业科技创新的合作与交流。
