| 摘 要： | 随着素质教育改革的不断深入,中职体育教学取得较大的进步。但是,仍然存在着许多不足,如:学生学习的积极性不高,纪律性不强、身体素质较低、技能不强等。教师应该根据所出现的问题以及学生现阶段的特点,采取具有针对性的教学方法和教学模式,形成具有自身特色的的教学方法,增强学生的身体素质,为学生今后的学习和工作打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | With the deep-going reform of quality education,it makes great progress in secondary vocational sports education.However,it still faces to many deficiencies,such as lack the motivation to study,weak sense of discipline poor skills and so on.According to the existing problems and the present characteristics of students,teachers should adopt the suitable teaching method and mode to strengthen students’ body health,and then this method forms with its own unique teaching method for building up a solid basis for students’ further study and work. |
