| 摘 要： | 建立郁金药材薄层鉴别方法。采用薄层色谱法鉴别郁金类药材中姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、双去甲氧基姜黄素。采用薄层色谱法鉴别3种成分斑点清晰,专属性强。该方法专属性强,可用于郁金的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a way for the identification of different varieties of Radix Curcumae by TLC. Methods:TLC was applied to the identification of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin of Radix Curcuma. Results: The spots in the pictures of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin were fairly clear. Conclusion:TLC is a very helpful way to the identification of Radix Curcumae. It can be used in the quality control of Radix Curcumae1. |
