| 摘 要： | 谐波雷达的特点是能够从杂波背景中根据目标辐射非线性的特性来探测有效目标。由于受到谐波雷达目标截面积较小的影响,谐波雷达探测距离较近。文章主要分析了谐波雷达的作用原理,设计了一种可以区别探测目标是否具有金属结或者PN结的谐波雷达接收系统,并对其系统组成部分进行了仿真及分析。

| Abstract: | The detecting effective target using onlinear characteristics of target radiation is the characteristic of the harmonic radar in clutter background.Distance of harmonic radar detection is nearer since less influenced by the harmonic radar target cross-sectional area.Principle of harmonic radar was actionanalyzes in this paper,harmonic radar receiving system which can distinguish detection target whether was metal and PN junction or not,was designed,and the system composition parts were simulated and analyzed. |
