| 摘 要： | 学术性社团是构建社会主义和谐社会不可或缺的要素，其发展水平是考察政府与民间之间关系的重要指标。当前南宁市学术性社团在发展中还存在着经费不足、年检制度不完善、人事管理单一、扶持政策滞后、人才缺乏等问题，可依赖的经济、社会资源十分有限。学术性社团组织的健康发展有待于政府职能及执政理念的进一步转变，社团自身能力建设的加强以及相应的法律法规政策支持。加强管理机制创新，加强人才队伍建设，提高民主办会水平，拓宽社团经费来源渠道等，是学术性社团发展壮大的根本保障。
