| 摘 要： | 为提高卷烟在制品卷制质量，文章针对PROTOS70卷接机不同回丝量情况下的烟支重量标准偏差、端部落丝量、含末率及空头剔除率等指标的相关性进行研究，并针对不同回丝量进行试验。结果表明，在试验范围内，回丝量的变化对烟支重量标准偏差及空头剔除率有较明显的影响，回丝量与烟支重量标准偏差及空头剔除率具有较强的负相关关系，回丝量在...

Study on the correlation between pipe tobacco quantity rolling back and quality of cigarette machine |

| Abstract: | To improve the roiled quality of cigarette products, the correlation between pipe tobacco quantity rolling back and standard deviation of cigarette weight, amount of pipe tobacco in the end, dust content, short rejection rate and other indicators were studied in the different amount of PROTOS70 cigarette machine. The results in the range tested showed that, the amount of pipe tobacco rolling back effect obviously on standard deviation of cigarette weight and short rejection rate with a negative correlation, the amount of pipe tobacco rolling back is more favorable to the cigarette quality control in the range of 28.0%-37.0%. |
