| 摘 要： | 随着广西国税信息化技术的快速发展，信息系统运维体系建设成为一项不可或缺的任务。运维体系建设必须依靠管理及技术创新，使运维管理体系标准化和规范化，并加强对用户和业务的支撑作用，从而实现一个以用户为导向，以客户为中心，保证安全稳定的信息系统运维体系。
