玉米自交系主要数量性状的配合力分析

摘    要:通过NC II(不完全双列杂交)设计的原理和方法对16个自交系组配的55个杂交组合的10个性状(株高、穗位高、穗长、秃尖长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、出籽率、单株产量和百粒重)进行配合力分析,结果表明:自交系p1-2、p2—9的各性状一般配合力(GcA)效应值表现优良,组合p2—4×p1-2、p2-10×p1-3、p2—11×p1-5的产量性状特殊配合力(SCA)效应值表现优良。灰色相关分析表明,各数量性状与单株产量之间的关联系数大小依次是穗粗、穗行数、百粒重、穗长、株高、行粒数、出籽率、秃尖长、穗位高。

Analysis of Combining Ability to Primary Quantitative Characters of Maize Inbred Lines
Abstract:Sixteen maize inbred lines were crossed into 55 single crosses with NCII. The general combining ability (GCA), special combining ability (SCA) and genetic variability of ten agronomic characters, including plant height, ear height, ear length, barren tip length, ear diameter, rows per ear, kernels per row, shelling percentage, yield per plant, 100-kernel weight were analyzed. The results showed that inbred lines of p1-2, p2-9 had the higher general combining ability which crossed high yield hybrid combinations of p2-4×p1-2, p2-10×p1-3, p2-11×p1-5. The contribution of Quantitative characters to yield per plant was different, the contribution from strong to weak was ear diameter, rows per ear, 100-kernel weight, ear length, plant height, kernels per row, shelling percentage, barren tip length, ear height.
