| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机爆发后,美国奥巴马政府在全球率先实施了20世纪30年代大萧条以来最全面、最彻底的金融监管改革。此次改革是对美国对国际金融危机全面反思的产物,虽然从根本上符合美国的金融安全和发展利益,但也反映了国际社会的共识和呼声。美国金融监管改革在全球树立了标尺形象,对我国具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。
