| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代知识成为组织间竞争力的决定因素和经济发展的核心资源,加强对知识转化为竞争力的研究有利于将知识转化为直接生产力。知识与竞争力之间存在着很大的的关联,从古典经济学中的竞争力学说到今天的知识管理理论为知识竞争力的演化提供了强大的理论基础。知识转化为竞争力存在一个内化与外化的过程。

| Abstract: | Knowledge become the core resources to determine the competitiveness of organizations and to promote the development of economy in the era of knowledge economy.Strengthening the research how transform knowledge to competitiveness will be helpful of changing researching achievements to productive forces directly.The paper analysis the relation between knowledge and competitiveness,discuss the evolutional path and put forward that there is a internal and external process when knowledge transform to competitiveness. |
