| 摘 要： | 农村民间金融作为国家整体金融市场的有机组成部分，其独特的服务领域和经营特质决定了农村民间金融具有更大的脆弱性和风险性，对农村民间金融实施有效的监管便成为维护农村金融体系有效运行的重要保障。目前我国虽然已经初步建立起相应的农村民间金融监管制度，但仍然存在许多缺失和弊端，鉴于此，无论从其制度根源上分析还是就其监管现状考察，都有必要对我国现有农村民间金融监管制度予以完善。

| Abstract: | As the integral part of our finance markets, the unique service area and manage characters of the rural folk finance decide the rural folk finance has much more vulnerability and risk. Therefore that reconstructing valid regulation to the rural folk finance makes the important guarantee to safeguard the efficient work of rural finance system. Although China has established respective system of rural folk finance initially ,it still has much defects. After analysing its＇system source and current regulatory status , we must improve our current regulation system of rural folk finance. |
