| 摘 要： | 汉语借词既是语言的借用现象，又是民族往来的历史见证。历史上，汉民族同匈奴、西域、欧美、日本及国内其他兄弟民族都有着不同程度的往来，汉语从中吸收了大量的借词。同时，佛教的传入也对汉语借词产生了较大的影响。汉语对外民族词语积极健康的吸收对于社会主义和谐社会的构建具有重要的意义，因为借词不仅体现了民族之间的交往，而且也是吸收人类“有益文明成果”的反映，这些正是社会主义和谐社会的重要特征之一。社会主义和谐社会的建设对于未来汉语借词的吸收也具有积极健康的指导和促进意义。
