| 摘 要： | 西部地区城市化进程的加速推进和城市建设用地急剧增加,使得西部非中心城市土地供给和用地需求矛盾凸现。通过调查、分析非中心城市的土地利用现状,得出了西部非中心城市用地规模在不断地扩大、土地产出效率低下、滥用土地现象严重的初步结论。在前面分析的基础上,提出了推进西部地区非中心城市城市化进程中的城市土地可持续利用的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of urbanization process in western regions of our country,Contradiction that the result causes the economic construction land limited in total amount of land to be with limitless demand.in the western non-center city.Analyzes the non-center city land utilization present situation through research utilization of Nanchong,Meishan,Guangan and Bazhong,we find that these cities use the scale in the unceasing expansion,the land to deliver the efficiency lowly,abuses the land phenomenon to be strict.Then we proposed the advancement in the western non-center city urbanization advancement city land sustainable use countermeasure. |
