| 摘 要： | 企业制度竞争力是企业保持长期竞争优势的唯一来源。而民营企业家是企业制度竞争力形成的核心人物，本文结合民营企业制度创新和制度变迁的路径，通过民营企业家素质模型分析，揭示从基础素质、核心素质和企业家自律等方面培养和提高民营企业家素质。
