| 摘 要： | 国际社会的现代福利制度的最重要特征就是社会福利的普遍享有原则。近百年来,瑞典比较彻底地贯彻了这一原则,使所有公民都可以享受到社会提供的基本福利,福利面前人人平等。瑞典福利制度有四大特点:全民性、高福利、均平性、政府负担。

| Abstract: | The most important characteristic of modern welfare system is the principle of universal possession of social welfare.In recent years,Sweden has relatively completely carried out this principle which makes sure that all the people can enjoy the fundamental welfare provided by the society.Equality before the welfare.There are four characteristics of Swedish social welfare system which are universalization,high welfare,equalization and government burden. |
