| 摘 要： | 全球化企业与其他企业相比,其营运资金管理环境和影响因素更为复杂,导致营运资金管理面临更多的挑战和机遇.本文在全面分析全球化企业所面临的营运资金管理风险的基础上,以海尔集团为例,探析其在全球化进程中,尤其是金融危机期间是如何应对全球化企业营运资金管理的风险,又是如何利用全球化企业营运资金管理的优势,总结其营运资金管理方法体系,从而为大型跨国公司营运资金管理提供一定的借鉴.
