| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化趋势日益增强,行业竞争日趋激烈,企业通过与不同的合作伙伴缔结一系列联盟从而构建联盟组合的现象普遍存在.本文基于社会网络视角,对近年来国外学者关于联盟组合研究的最新成果进行了回顾,从联盟组合的内涵、理论解释、联盟组合构型特征的测量、影响因素及绩效影响等方面进行了评述,最后就社会网络视角下的联盟组合研究提出了未来的研究展望.
