| 摘 要： | 近年来,一些国际机构和国家在低碳技术领域对专利制度予以了创新探索,建立并运行了低碳技术专利申请与授权的快速通道、低碳技术专利信息分享机制、低碳技术专利发展基金制度.而除这些已有创新外,专利制度还可以围绕低碳技术专利的保护期、低碳技术专利投资制度体系以及低碳技术专利质量监控制度予以创新,以使其能更好地激励和保障低碳技术的创新与广泛应用,满足应对气候变化的需求.
