| 摘 要： | 利用天津地区实地调查数据,进行了工作满意度的总体分析和基于人口变量的差异分析。研究表明:科技工作者工作满意度处于中等水平,工作本身、工作报酬、工作环境和人际关系与整体工作满意度显著相关,并且工作报酬满意度指数最低;女性、年轻、未婚、低职称和低行政职务的科技工作者工作满意度水平较低。根据以上实证结论,提出了提高科技工作者工作满意度的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Utilized the data of Tianjin,the paper analyzes the work satisfaction,and uses a variance analysis based on demographic variable.Working stisfaction of S&T professionals is in a medium level.The overall work satisfaction significantly relates to work itself,work remuneration,work environment and relationships,and work satisfaction index of work remuneration is at the lowest level.S&T pofessionals with female,young,unmarried,low positional title and low executive post is at lower level of work satisfaction.A... |
