| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业是我国技术创新的重要载体。但从长期来看,我国科技型中小企业的技术创新活动偏重于开发性创新,造成探索性创新和开发性创新之间的失衡,使其难以抵御恶劣的国际金融环境,阻碍了其持续发展。如何促进其由开发性创新向探索性创新转型,就显得尤为重要。本文将从文化与技术融合的视角切入,综合运用技术战略理论、资源基础理论与动态能力理论,构建"产业领域关联—企业主体合作—资源要素整合"的理论框架,借鉴美国迪斯尼公司探索性创新成功经验,并结合我国科技型中小企业技术创新特点,总结出新技术带动文化产业、文化需求推动技术革新与技术要素与文化创意协同三条创新转型路径。

| Abstract: | Technological small and medium-sized enterprises in China is an important carrier of technological innovation.However,technical innovation activity of technological SMEs in China emphasis much on exploitative innovation,and result in imbalance between exploitative innovation and explorative innovation,which makes it difficult to resist bad international financial environment,and even hinders SMEs sustainable development.Therefore,how to stimulate to transform from exploitative innovation to explorative innovation is obviously important.This paper constructs the theoretical framework by integrating the theory of technological strategy theory,dynamic competency theory and resource-based view.Draw from the successful experience of American Walt Disney corporate explorative innovation,this paper summarizes three transition routes:new technology promote cultural industry,cultural needs drive technological innovation and co-evolution of technology and cultural creative idea. |
