| 摘 要： | 邢台内邱岗底村20世纪80年代以前曾经属于贫困山区.经历科技扶贫后,经过三个阶段的建设——早期的治山治水阶段、发展林果产业阶段和市场化多元化经营阶段,创建了具有岗底特色的科技扶贫发展模式,即"科技专家+治山(两聚理论)+公司(村集体企业)+基地+农户"的"岗底模式"。该模式的科技扶贫机理是:科技专家是源头,"科技专家+农民技术员"是技术推广的主线,"公司+基地+农户"的组织形式是科技扶贫的长效保障机制。岗底村跳出了贫困恶性循环,实现了经济、社会、生态三大效益的有机结合。

| Abstract: | Gangdi village in Xingtai city belonged to poor mountainous areas before 1980.After taking poverty alleviation efforts with technology,going through three phases of construction,they created a developing model of poverty alleviation with technology.The model,with the characteristics of Gangdi,named "Gandi model",included researchers in research institutes and agricultural universities,mountain management theory,company(the village collective enterprises),production base,and farmers.The mechanism of poverty alleviation with technology is that: Researchers in research institutes and agricultural university are the source of scientific and technological strength;Farmer technicians are the main line of technology dissemination;The organizations form of company-base-farmers is a long-term protection mechanism.Gangdi village has went out of the vicious cycle of poverty and achieved a organic combination of economic,social and ecological benefits. |
