| 摘 要： | SOA(面向服务的体系结构)是未来电信业务支撑系统技术架构的演进方向。本文首先回顾了电信业务运营支撑系统发展历程,然后结合当前电信3G发展背景分析了业务支撑系统遇到的问题和挑战,提出通过引入SOA理念,以标准化、松耦合方式提高了系统应用层面的功能重用性,提高流程编排灵活性,缩短为满足新功能的软件开发周期,构建业务敏捷的业务支撑系统,以应对不断变化的3G市场环境和用户需求,最后对SOA在电信业务支撑系统的发展进行了展望。
