| 摘 要： | 由于地理、历史等多方面的因素,新疆的经济和科技发展与我国先进省区有着很大的差距。为尽快缩小差距,使全国协调发展,2007年国家正式启动全国科技支疆行动,2008年科技部出台了《关于推进科技支疆工作的意见》,要求建立科技支疆工作长效机制。2010年在召开中央新疆工作座谈会后,科技部又召开了19个省对口支援新疆科技工作座谈会,研究和探讨建立科技援疆的长效机制。本文简要介绍了全国科技支疆的概况,分析了建立科技支疆长效机制的内涵与特征,提出了建立科技支疆长效机制的主要内容,力图为进一步深入开展全国科技援疆工作提供理论依据和决策参考。
