| 摘 要： | 在分析PPP融资模式结构的基础上,详细介绍了PPP项目包含的三类风险:宏观水平风险、中观水平风险和微观水平风险。同时对风险分担机理进行了讨论。重点应用博弈论的方法,基于PPP项目各参与方风险偏好系数的不同,将所有的风险都分配给最适合承担它的一方,使项目整体满意度达到最大。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the structure of PPT financing model, this paper introduces three risks of PPT project in detail, which are macro level risks, meso level risks and micro level risks, and discusses the risk allocation mechanism. In the end, it lays an emphasis on providing every risk to the best participant who should undertake the risk on the basis of project participants' selection of risk coefficient, then the projects' integral satisfaction for every participant will come to the maximize. |
