摘    要:组织中总是存在着由于个体理性与集体理性的矛盾造成的困境。首先分析了"个人-集体"创新模式可能产生的问题,然后验证了这种困境的存在,并发现效率的降低是一个动态的过程。进一步证明,组间竞争可以以较低成本显著改善以上困境。

Abstract:In organizations there are always some dilemmas caused by the conflict between individual rationality and collective rationality.At first,this paper uses game theory to predict the dilemma that the private-collective innovation model will cause.Then the existence of this puzzle is verified,and the efficiency decrease is found to be a dynamic process.Furthermore,this paper proves that the between-group competition can solve such puzzle with low cost.
