| 摘 要： | 借鉴商业银行内部评级法的思想,政府投资项目治理风险可以从风险概率、损失和可管理性三个维度进行评级。该评级方法可为政府投资项目利益相关方进行项目管理决策提供理论和方法支持,以降低政府投资项目治理风险,提高政府投资项目的成功性。

| Abstract: | Learning from the idea of IRB of commercial banks,this paper points out that it is reasonable to rate governance risks of governance projects from three dimensions: the probability of risk,loss and manageability.It provides an effective rating approach for the stakeholders of government projects and a basis for risk decision-making in order to reduce the governance risk of government projects and to increase the success of government projects. |
