| 摘 要： | 在研究《补贴与反补贴措施协议》有关R&D补贴条款基本规定的基础上,本文分析了加入WTO给国家支持企业技术创新带来的冲击和机遇。最后对我国充分利用入世机遇,调整和完善国家支持企业技术创新的有关政策进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | On the basis of exploring the basic regulations on R&D subsidies in″Agreement of Subsidy and Anti-subsidy Measures″,the author analyzes the challenges and opportunities to Chinese government's supporting technological innovation of enterprises after China's entry into WTO.Finally,the author discusses about the relevant policies and how to adjust and improve Chinese government's supporting technological innovation of enterprises while taking the opportunity of China's entry into WTO. |
