| 摘 要： | 策划是为达到社会组织的预定目标或解决面临问题,利用个人或集体智慧预先拟定行动方案的思考活动。策划学是以策划活动作为研究对象的学科,策划科学是在策划学基础上发展起来的软科学学科群组。策划科学的收敛式发展和发散式发展是当前值得关注的基本演进态势。策划科学与思维科学、决策科学、咨询科学、管理科学分别存在着依托延伸、时序衔接、部分叠合、归属包容关系。策划科学在科学知识体系整体化进程中将发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The paper presents on the conversions and differences between planning,planning studies and science of planning,and examines the concepts of planning,planning studies and science of planning.The results show that the relationships of dependency and extension,chronological coherence,partial congruence,belongingness and inclusion exist between planning of science and science of thinking,decision-making science,and consulting science respectively.Particular attention is given to the basic trend of astringent and divergent development of science of planning.It is concluded that the science of planning will play a significant role during the process of integration of the scientific knowledge system. |
