| 摘 要： | 一体化供应管理是企业非核心业务管理的创新。本文在阐明一体化供应管理的基本概念和比较一体化供应管理与业务外包的基础上,分析了我国企业实施一体化供应管理所面临的问题,并提出了相应的实施策略,最后给出了上海通用的一体化供应管理案例。
