| 摘 要： | 研究了对一个供应商、一个物流服务商以及一个零售商三方组成的供应链结构,在产品的市场需求受到产品零售价格与物流服务水平影响,物流服务成本为二次函数形式的第三方物流服务商参与时供应链的协调策略。通过供应商、物流服务商和零售商三方的合作,可以提高供应链的总利润。结果表明,当最优物流服务水平提高时,供应链各成员之间更有合作的激励,两部收费契约的批发价格出现上升的趋势。且该协调契约有一定的灵活性与稳健性,能实现系统的Pareto改进。
