| 摘 要： | 通过总结美国社区银行在服务农村金融方面的成功经验,从经济学的角度分析了新农村建设对于社区银行的内在需求,论证了社区银行是完善我国新农村金融体系,加快新农村建设的催化剂,并提出新农村发展社区银行的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Summing up successful experiences of US community banks in rural finance services, this paper analyzes the internal demand of new countryside building to community banks, and it also proves that community banks are activator to consummate new countryside finance system and accelerates the construction of new countryside. Lastly, it proposes a path selection to develop community banks in the new countryside. |
