摘    要:运用基于规模报酬不变的投入导向的超效率DEA模型计算"金砖国家"2003~2010年全要素能源效率,研究表明"金砖国家"全要素能源效率整体水平不高,且各国存在显著差异。为分析技术进步、产业结构、能源消费结构等因素对"金砖国家"全要素能源效率的影响,采用Tobit模型发现"金砖国家"产业结构与能源消费结构的优化程度对全要素能源效率的影响程度均较大,而技术进步对各国全要素能源效率影响不显著。

Abstract:This paper evaluates the total-factor energy efficiency of BRICS from 2003 to 2010 by using input-oriented super-efficiency DEA model with constant returns to scale.It is found that the BRICS’ total-factor energy efficiency exhibits low level in general and significant differences in energy utilization.To analyze the influences of technical process,industrial structure and structure of energy consumption to the total-factor energy efficiency of BRICS,it employs Tobit model and the empirical results show that optimizing degree of industrial structure and structure of energy consumption has significant influences on energy efficiency improvement,while the influence of technical process is insignificant.
