| 摘 要： | 在对国内外相关文献进行评述的基础上,通过对252家企业的问卷调查和数据分析,就联盟管理能力与联盟绩效的关系展开深入研究,研究结果发现:联盟管理能力由联盟协调能力、沟通能力、黏合能力三个维度构成;联盟管理能力对联盟绩效有显著的正向影响;关系资本在其中扮演部分中介的作用。

| Abstract: | After literature review,with the questionnaire investigation of 252 firms,this paper analyzes the relationship between alliance capability and performance.Research findings are as follows:alliance management capability is composed of coordination capability,communication capability and bonding capability;alliance management capability has significant positive effect on performance;relational capital partially mediates the relationship between them. |
